Chris Brown is a prime example of how an artist can change their image and their sound over the years as they overcome adversity. Chris Brown and Rihanna had a highly publicised break up with Chris Brown getting community service for allegedly beating Rihanna. After their break up Brown rebranded himself as the badboy of the music industry, this is an extreme change from his image and his sound before their breakup which suggested that he was innocent.
